PhotoI launched my first business at fifteen. Over the next two decades I built storefronts and e-commerce ventures, coached top-level executives through the subconscious blocks stalling their progress, and went deep into the study of human psychology and consciousness. Along the way I also worked as an actress and producer, made art, and wrote. Polymath is the polite word; the honest one is that I never found a single box that fit.
Then I did something most people thought was crazy: I walked away from the business I'd spent twelve years building. The dream had quietly become a prison. I teach what I live, so I left.
The mystic who studied consciousness for a lifetime and the entrepreneur who built for 25 years now work on the same question.
That question is the most consequential of our time: what artificial intelligence reveals about consciousness itself, and what that means for how we live, lead, and build. The people building the world's most powerful AI openly admit they don't know whether their models are conscious. I work in that opening. Almost no one speaks both languages. I do.
