What are Live Sessions
energy reading & deep healing
Live sessions are group energy reading and healing sessions that are an expanded version of what you would experience in a one on one session with Delfina and the shethemystic consciousness. We begin by creating a sacred space container for all who are in attendance in order to hold space for individual and collective energy work.
We tune in to the energy signature of the collective and “read” what is currently happening and what it could mean for you. This is followed by a deep energetic cleanse of your auric field to help you let go of whatever stands in your way or is weighing you down. We channel cosmic healing energy and send it into each participant focusing on where you need help most (this can be physical, mental, emotional, financial etc.)
We then gather the energy we’ve all collected and send it to those we can help as an act of service. These are powerful energetic shifts that will bring more healing, awakening and joy into your life. The sessions take place online, it is a live experience and is not recorded.

Come as you are and bring what ails you. The sessions are here for you, to help with the process of healing and to support you on your spiritual journey. Set aside time for yourself and be in a quiet place. Prepare by journaling or focusing on what you’d like to heal, reveal, release, learn, understand. In truth, no preparation is required - just show up for yourself. The sessions last approximately an hour to an hour and a half. Be sure to hydrate after and take care, rest. Energy work is subtle but powerful and you will notice the shifts.

DailyVee is a daily, video-documentary series on YouTube that chronicles Gary Vaynerchuk’s life as a CEO and public figure. Starting in 2015, the vlog follows Gary in real-time as he interviews others, takes investor meetings, delivers keynote speeches, and leads strategy sessions at his company, VaynerMedia.
At the beginning of 2020, Gary Vaynerchuk launched WeeklyVee, a new variation of his popular “DailyVee” YouTube vlog. In this new series, viewers get a deeper look behind the curtain into a week-in-the-life of one of the busiest executives in the business.
Trash Talk is a YouTube vlog series – started in 2018 – in which Gary Vaynerchuk gives viewers a real-time look into one of his favorite pastimes: garage saling and flip life. In each episode, Gary demonstrates the tactics of true “garage sale arbitrage,” and explains how anyone watching can make an extra $100-$1,000 on the weekends by flipping “trash” into cash.
Tea with GaryVee is a livestream show started in 2020 during the pandemic, where Gary answers audience questions one-on-one over a digital stream that’s broadcasted across his social channels. This show created some of the most thoughtful conversations Gary has had with his audience.
In Overrated/Underrated, Gary shares quick hot takes on a variety of different topics in culture, which he labels as either “overrated”, “underrated”, or “properly rated.”
Wine Library TV is Gary’s first ever foray into social media content. Gary would taste and review wine, and give his unfiltered opinion about what he thinks. The show’s first episode came out in 2006.
